The NEC Society integrates the patient and family voice in all our work. We recognize the value of patients’ and families’ lived experiences. The Patient-Family Advisory Council provides a formal mechanism for patients and families to provide feedback, insight, and advice on our work. The Patient-Family Advisory Council is an official standing advisory committee to the NEC Society, just like our Scientific Advisory Council.
