The Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) Society is a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building a world without NEC by advancing NEC research, eduction, and advocacy. The NEC Society cultivates a collaborative culture where staff work together to produce high-quality, impactful work. All team members contribute to upholding and advancing the organization’s values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

We are looking to expand our staff team with members who have a track record of:

– Exceptional work in the nonprofit or related sector

– Exceptional written and oral communication, including public speaking

– Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

– Demonstrated ability to effectively unite and collaborate with clinicians, scientists, and families affected by NEC

– Demonstrated ability to take initiative and integrate constructive feedback to optimize the organization’s mission
