Return Policy
Your order is custom printed just for you! Since we do not have a warehouse or keep an inventory, we unfortunately can not accept returns or issue refunds in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. Please be sure to review our size charts before placing your order.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered.
Damaged Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time! Email jennifer@NECsociety.org.
Along with Printful, our custom print fulfillment service, we will review replacement/return requests only:
(a) if a product is damaged
(b) there is a print error
Estimated Shipping Delivery Times
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Please add your selected shipping method time to determine total days to receive your product.
International Shipping
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Refund Policy
One-Time and Recurring Donations
Every donation to the NEC Society is immediately invested in our mission of building a world without necrotizing enterocolitis.
When we receive your one-time donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet the research, advocacy, and support for patient-families and their needs. Because the NEC Society immediately invests donations into our work, we do not offer refunds on one-time donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items.
We know signing up for recurring donations is a big commitment and we count on recurring donations to plan future research, advocacy, and support for patient-families and their needs. We also know it’s easy to lose track of when recurring donations end and therefore NEC Society does refund recurring donations made within the past sixty days. Please notify the NEC Society of the request for a refund of recurring donations through email at jennifer@necsociety.org.
Purchased Goods
NEC Society may offer, from time-to-time, goods for purchase where a percent of the goods purchased will help support the Society’s efforts. In such cases, goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or don’t do what they are supposed to do, you will be able to request a refund. These goods will be clearly marked as such and will be considered purchased goods and will not be considered a donation or eligible for tax deduction. Please notify the NEC Society of the request for refund through email at erin@necsociety.org.
Purchased Event Tickets
The NEC Society may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising or program events where a percentage of the event donation will go to help support our efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet the research, advocacy, and support for patient-families and their needs. Because the NEC Society immediately invests donations into our work, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee. Please notify the NEC Society of this transfer through email at jennifer@necsociety.org.
