The NEC Society launched a research project to gain a better understanding of how the label “Human Milk Fortifier” is used and interpreted by parents and providers in the NICU.

Parents and providers are encouraged to consider participating if:

1. You are at least 18 years old.

2. Your child spent time in the NICU and/or was diagnosed with necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) *or* you provide care to infants in the NICU.

Participation will take about 5 minutes to complete and we will not collect any identifying information such as your name, email address, or IP address.
